Terms and Conditions of Sale

Article 1. Seller identification

Article 2. Scope

These Terms and Conditions of Sale apply to all sales concluded on the websites aeter-paris.myshopify.com and aeter-paris.com between Aeter SARL and any consumer (hereinafter “the Customer”).

Article 3. Products

The products offered for sale are described as accurately as possible. In the event of an error or omission, Aeter SARL may not be held liable.

Article 4. Prices

Prices are shown in euros (€), all taxes included. Aeter SARL reserves the right to change its prices at any time, it being understood that the applicable price is the one in effect at the time of the order.

Article 5. Orders

The Customer places their order online. The sale is concluded upon validation of payment. A confirmation email is sent to the Customer.

Article 6. Payment

Payment is made online using the means offered at checkout. Payment is secure.

Article 7. Delivery

Delivery terms are set out in our Shipping Policy. In the event of a delay attributable to the carrier, Aeter SARL may not be held responsible.

Article 8. Right of withdrawal

In accordance with Article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code, the Customer has a period of 14 days from receipt of their order to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to give any reason.

Article 9. Returns and refunds

The terms for returns and refunds are set out in our Return and Refund Policy.

Article 10. Legal warranties

In accordance with Articles L217-4 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, the Customer benefits from the legal warranty of conformity and the warranty against hidden defects.

Article 11. Personal data

The personal data collected is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the GDPR.

Article 12. Disputes

In the event of a dispute, the Customer may resort to conventional mediation or to any other alternative dispute resolution method. Failing that, the French courts shall have jurisdiction.

Article 13. Applicable law

These Terms and Conditions of Sale are governed by French law.
