The atelier

Aeter is a Paris design studio founded by Alexandra Mukovozova,
architect and interior designer, trained at the Bauhaus-Universität Weimar.

The Bauhaus pioneered modernist design
while staying rooted in traditional craftsmanship.
Its approach and ideals are at the heart of the atelier.

There is no established tradition of 3D printing craft — not yet.
It will be built by the work of all the artisans who take this medium seriously.
Aeter borrows from that future tradition, applying the values of craftsmanship:
pride in one’s work, responsibility toward the material, dedication to the process.
Not looking backward, not chasing the future.
Working as if the tradition already exists.

Each piece is made to order, in limited series. It is drawn, prototyped and refined,
then printed layer by layer in the atelier in Le Marais.
